Meet the Leadership Team
Matthew Cherry
Chief Executive Officer
Matthew has over 13 years of experience in both the defense and aerospace industry. He started his career as a mechanical design engineer with a B.S. and M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University. Throughout his career, he has led multinational teams through design, build, and testing and organized and led multi-billion-dollar development programs. Additionally, Matthew has successfully led many extensive business development capture opportunities in both the defense and commercial sectors.
Adam Youngquist
Chief Technical Officer
Adam has over 15 years working as an engineer in both the automotive and aviation sectors. Adam has a broad range of experience ranging from cradle-to-grave execution of R&D projects for the U.S. Department of Energy to the integration testing and certification of multiple turbofan engine products. Adam completed his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee. Adam has lead multiple R&D efforts with industry partners and authoring numerous publications. Additionally, he has worked in the aerospace industry as a controls engineer and eventually a certification and test leader.
